LOS ANGELES (AP) ? The Colorado Rockies have optioned left-hander Drew Pomeranz to Triple-A Colorado Springs and recalled lefty Josh Outman from their top minor league club. The Rockies also said Friday that right-hander Jeremy Guthrie, sidelined since April 23 because of a shoulder sprain, will be activated from the disabled list on Tuesday to start at San Francisco.
