HOUSTON (AP) ? The Houston-area's 1.2 million Catholics have a new bishop with the installation of Rev. George Sheltz as auxiliary bishop for the Galveston-Houston archdiocese. Sheltz was installed at a two-hour ceremony Wednesday at the Catholic cathedral in downtown Houston.
